Why are caps collected?

Mexico is the country that consumes the most plastic in Latin America, but it is also the country that recycles the most plastic, therefore it is a very needed material by the industry in our country. Recycling caps is more practical to transport than using other materials.

How do you use the resources generated by the caps?

With the resources, social assistance care programs are generated such as: Casos Locales, Destapa tu Sueño, Movimiento Rapunzel, Héroes y Regalando Sonrisas. These programs consist of supporting people in need of oncological and general medicine, social assistance, local transportation, medical studies, nutritional support, psychological counseling, food supplements, oncological wigs and their dreams come true.

Why do we do it?

Cancer is a highly costly disease and for us it is very important that the economic situation of the families we support is not an impediment for children and young people to have access to treatment that increases their life expectancy. In Mexico, cancer is the second leading cause of death in the population between the ages of five and fourteen, however, a large number of children and young people with this disease are diagnosed in an advanced stage, which reduces the possibility of successful treatment.
